"Conservation Through the Lives of Adirondack Loons" Art Show

Event date and time
June 23, 2016 - 10:00 AM to July 23, 2016 - 4:00 PM

Award-winning artists, woodcarvers, and photographers beautifully depict the behavior of Common Loons in a new, unique show at the Adirondack Lakes Center for the Arts in Blue Mountain Lake, NY. The show will also highlight information about the ecology of loons and conservation efforts to protect their populations and aquatic habitats. The public is invited to meet some of the artists and staff from BRI’s Adirondack Center for Loon Conservation at a reception on Saturday, July 23 from 3-5pm. Sales from the show will benefit BRI’s Adirondack Center for Loon Conservation’s research and outreach projects throughout the Adirondack Park.

Entry to the show is free and all are welcome. For more information, visit www.briloon.org/adkloon and www.adirondackarts.org.
