Event date and time
June 20, 2015 - 6:30 PM to June 20, 2015 - 8:45 PM

Based on the popularity of TILT’s 2014 Green Movie Night, you are once again invited to power off the TV at home and join your friends and neighbors, this time for a two-day, Green Film Fest and Nature Photography Show! Doors will open at 6:30pm both nights, so that you may enjoy the nature photography displayed on the 3rd floor, along with food prepared by Mustard Seed Natural Market, before the films begin at 7:30pm. Friday’s film will be Green Fire, which describes the formation of conservationist Aldo Leopold’s idea of a land ethic for a population facing 21st century ecological challenges. Saturday’s film will be Brunswick, is a film about landscape change, told through the personal story of a farmer’s lifelong connection to his now-threatened land. Brunswick will be followed by a short Q&A with filmmaker Nate Simms. Seating will be available on a first-come-first-serve basis.
