Tree Fungus

While taking a hike today in Colton, I snapped a picture of this unique tree fungus. Is it Chicken of the Woods, Bracket Fungus, or something else....just curious?

My guess is chicken of the woods, but I'm no expert and it's hard to tell from a single photo.
