Have you ever wondered what happens in the woods when the sun goes down and the creatures of the night come out? Join us for a night hike where one of our naturalists will guide you through the darkness to shed light on some of the amazing animal and human adaptations to the nighttime. Darkness elevates the importance of our senses outside of sight. Explorers will focus on sensory perception as they become more comfortable in the darkness and enjoy an evening of learning and exploring the night.
We will meet at the parking lot near the river and organize and take off from there. Look for the Nature Up North banner. We have included a link to map to the park below.
