Have you ever noticed how many shapes and shades water plants can come in? Join Nature Up North for a morning of exploration on the Little River in Canton NY.  After honing our plant identification skills with a scavenger hunt for several common species, we’ll set off to see how many different plants we can find within reach of the water. Feel free to bring your own canoe or kayak, but don’t worry if you’re boatless! We have several to loan out. No previous canoe/kayak experience is necessary; we’ll start the morning off with a quick introduction to canoeing.
