From NY Route 11 from Canton, take a right on to County Route 59 (Clarkson Ave). Continue on CR 59 for 2.5 miles, parking for the north entrance to the trail will be down an access road on the left at the base of the hill – a blue trail sign marks the entrance. Continue on CR 59 for 4 miles from the junction with Route 11 and make a left on Mill St. The trailhead parking for the south entrance will be on the left in 500 ft. GPS coordinates for the south entrance are 44° 36' 42.92” N 74° 58' 32.22" W and the north entrance are 44° 38' 1.6" N 74° 58' 49.14" W
