Nature Up North / TAUNY
Garlic Mustard Pull and Pesto Workshop
Garlic Mustard, invasive to the North Country, is crowding out native tree and wildflower species in local forests. At Nature Up North, we'd developed a tradition of helping to control its spread by eating it! Join Nature Up North and TAUNY in helping to pull garlic mustard from where it's growing in Canton and take part in the North Country tradition of cooking with the bounty of the land--whether farmed or foraged.
