Exploring Higley Flow - Dragonflies

A steady breeze blows from the west. I paddle along the shoreline and wedge my kayak among the Scirpus stems. I want to stop paddling and just sit. Strands of what look like pale violet intestines float within arm's reach, tangled in dead stems. I lean over for a closer look. There are dark spots--eggs--sprinkled within the strands. Whose eggs? Snail?

HI Linda,

I updated the location for this - hope I got it about right.  It was showing up in South America!

Hi, Erika.  Thanks for updating this.  I figured out how to change the lat/long to decimal on Google Earth.

On all my encounter postings, the map doesn't show up under the photos.  I tried clicking on 'view map' but no luck.  Suggestions?
