Bald Eagles

On New Year's Eve morning, I noticed a bald eagle soar over the Raquette River at the north end of Tupper Lake and land in a tree across the water. Soon it was joined by its mate. I maxed out my camera's zoom trying to get a good shot, but the birds are unmistakable. A great encounter to end 2013. Goal for 2014: find their nest.
