Community Campfire: Bats

Event date and time
July 6, 2023 - 7:00 PM to July 6, 2023 - 9:00 PM

It’s no coincidence bats live in caves. They ROCK. Join us for our Summer Campfire Series this week as we learn about our nocturnal backyard buds, BATS! We'll meet at the Wachtmeister Field Station in Canton. Stay as long as you’d like! Reach out to info@natureupnorth.org or contact @natureupnorth on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter with any questions. Don’t forget your bug spray, see you there!

The Wachtmeister Field Station is located just south of the St. Lawrence University campus on Park St./County Route 27 in Canton. If approaching from Canton Village, it is the first driveway on the left after passing over the wooden bow bridge over the Little River. If approaching from the south, the Field Station is the third driveway on the right after passing the Kunoco.

This event is free and perfect for all ages. Youth under 13 must be accompanied by an adult.
