You can learn the ancient healing art of Reiki. Join Reiki Master, Suzan McDermott, from 11am – 1pm as she leads this introductory class outdoors at the Nature Center. Suzan says that Reiki is technique anyone that can learn and students can find her regular programs at the Yoga Loft in Canton, NY. Yoga mats or chairs are provided, and pre-registration is required.
