Ice flow to cause damage along Little River?

Using a Canon EOS Rebel T3i, a large ice flow spanning the width of the Little River was captured at 1643hrs on 02FEB14. Precipitation and watershed runoff from melting ice and snow had begun to break up the ice formation. A cluster of large ice packs can cause problems as it slowly melts and moves farther downstream. As the temperature increases and more snow melts, the ice floe could cause extensive flooding and infrastructure damage to bridges.
