With snow still on the ground and tempertures below freezing, it is hard to see an end to this never-ending winter. In the early afternnon outside of Johnson Hall of Science, however, a grey birch tree was spotted with several buds preparing for their time to bloom. It is mid-March and the spring equinox is approaching. With Spring around the corner, there is no doubt that budding plants are a sign that warm weather is on its way.
